Your application collects your name, contact details, age range, location, goals, routine, coaching preferences, and any health information you choose to share. Kelly uses these answers to review your coaching fit, prepare a safe and personalized approach, and contact you about your application.

Your submitted answers are stored privately through Lovable Cloud. Only Kelly's authorized account can view them. Your answers are not displayed publicly.

While you complete the application, a draft is saved in this browser so you can return after refreshing. The draft is removed after a successful submission. On a shared device, avoid leaving an unfinished application containing private health details.

To request access, correction, or deletion of your application, email k@kellyrichardson.co. Kelly may need to verify your identity before sharing or deleting private information.

Coaching is not medical advice and does not replace care from your doctor. Application emails, when enabled, confirm receipt and help Kelly follow up; medical answers are not included in those emails.
